Here is where we build community for our online class... Post your best two images for the week with a little commentary. Comment on the work of your fellow students... A minimum of 3 or 4 comments per week is appropriate. This is an important part of your grade. Use fotothing to post your 6-10 assignment photos for the week.

Those are great views. Its looks like you have a pretty good camara.
Nice shots. I like how the tree outlines the top of the roof and how you captured the shadow of the tree in the window.
Cool roofline. Even though it was probably a warm day, that slate roof has a "cold" look to it. I didnt notice that at first casual glance. But it really conveys power. Cool. :-)
okay good, Nancy... on the plus side, you are moving in close and looking at geometry... to make you shots stronger however, you would want to edit a bit of light into the focal point and darken the outer edges just a little bit. That's hard or impossible in Picasa however, you need to use Photoshop to do that.
