Hi everyone,
I was unable to go into downtown New haven, so i thought it would be to show off a little history from the town i grew up in. Portland Ct is rich in history for its brownstone quarry, which supplied the surrounding area which was able to build great buildings.

Nice shot of the doors! And something about the clock with roman numerals on the outside of a building always looked cool to me. Great shots!

it's not important to go to New Haven, any built environment will do.
I would have moved in more closely to the top door... the bright pavement and left bush don't add anything to this image. Notice how the shot is purple? You can easily edit the color change in Picasa.
the bottom one is a bit dark and needs straightening too.
